A website refresh focuses on updating your existing site—improving the design, layout, copy, and user experience without starting from scratch. A full redesign usually involves rebuilding the entire site, possibly on a new platform. Both options can boost performance and SEO, depending on your needs.
Can you refresh a website that was built on Wix, Squarespace, or WordPress?
Yes! I work across all major website platforms including Wix, WordPress, Squarespace, and Go High Level (GHL). Whether you need design tweaks, speed improvements, or a strategic layout update, I can work with your current setup to make it more effective.
Will my website stay live during the refresh process?
In most cases, yes. I work on a staging version or behind the scenes, so your site remains online while updates are made. Once everything is ready, we switch the updated version live, usually with minimal downtime.
How long does a website refresh take?
Most refresh projects take 6-8 weeks, depending on the size of your site and how much needs to be updated. If you need changes sooner (like before a product launch), let’s talk, I can often prioritise urgent updates.
Will you improve my site’s SEO as part of the refresh?
Absolutely. Every refresh includes basic SEO optimisation—this means updating metadata, heading structures, internal linking, image alt tags, and mobile responsiveness to support better rankings and visibility in Google search results.
